Payments
We accept credit and debit card payments.

Please note: Sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders shipped to Georgia.


Shipping
Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after being submitted via USPS unless otherwise stated. Shipping cost includes tracking. Although items are packed carefully, we cannot guarantee their safe arrival. It is possible that an item may become damaged or lost in the mail. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance prior to placing your order. Generally, items will have a 2-5 day transit time. If you need your items earlier than the standard turnaround time, please let us know before placing your order so that we can send a separate invoice for your product and expedited shipping.

Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment.  We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Returns/Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted on physical or digital products, all sales are final.  We do not provide refunds/cash back or accept returns.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. No exceptions. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please take a digital photo of the item and the package and email it to support@colorhug.com immediately to discuss resolution.

A note about color...
The colors that you see on your computer screen may slightly differ from the actual printed piece. This is because screen colors are light based while printed colors are ink based.
